RMCARD205 communication card
CyberPower RMCARD205″ is an optional management add-on for a specific series of CyberPower UPS. By inserting the card into the SNMP/HTTP network slot on the UPS, users can remotely monitor and control devices in the server room or data center using a standard web browser, network management system ( NMS) or command-line interface (SSH and Telnet) on their network. They can also perform management tasks, including scheduled shutdowns, startups, and reboots.
When a power problem occurs, administrators will be immediately notified via e-mail, SNMP trap or SMS. By using auto shutdown software, servers and workstations remain protected against data loss due to power failures. Event logging tracks the history of UPS operations. With hot-swap functionality, the system can remain on for connected equipment while service personnel perform on-site installation or replacement. With a multilingual interface, users can select their preferred language for easy management.
- Plug-and-Play installation
- Command line interface supported
- Automatic notification of events
- Firmware updateable by the user
- Secure authentication
- User-friendly web interface
- Remotely schedule the UPS to turn off, turn on or reset
- Supported in multiple languages
- Syslog support
- Compatible with Environmental Sensor
