Save time while ensuring error-free operation. The Safescan 2250's rear feeder can hold and accurately count up to 300 banknotes, and can work at up to 1,000 per minute.
Three-point banknote checking
Modern banknotes are printed with advanced security features that make them difficult to counterfeit. The 2250 automatically checks three types of security features: UV marking, magnetic security and banknote size. If the device detects a suspicious banknote, it will notify you by stopping and sounding an audible signal; simply remove the banknote and press start to resume.
Add and sort banknotes save time
The Safescan 2250 makes counting banknotes faster. Simply press the add button and the counter will automatically count the total value of the banknotes fed in. Pressing the batch button and entering the number of banknotes will stop the device after counting the required number. There is no faster way to prepare bank deposits or cash drawers!
Large, clear display for easy operation
The Safescan 2250 has an intuitively operated panel and a large, clear display. Six well-marked buttons allow easy access to many functions. The large, backlit LCD display provides the desired information: the number of banknotes counted and, according to the entered settings, breakdown into denominations and verification of authenticity.
